1. The service

TeraPlay is a browser-based playback interface for TeraBox file links. It does not host, store, or own any video content. Playback is powered by a third-party resolver (xAPIverse TeraBox Pro API) using an API key that you supply and are responsible for.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and API key confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account. You must be legally permitted to access any content you resolve through the service.

3. Your API key and costs

Any usage costs, request limits, or billing tied to your xAPIverse API key are between you and xAPIverse. TeraPlay does not bill you for API usage and is not responsible for charges incurred on your key.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TeraPlay to access, distribute, or store content you do not have the right to access, and not to attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or interfere with other users' accounts.

5. No warranty

TeraPlay is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy of resolved links, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeraPlay and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
